Extra strength comes from the strong aluminum siding fastened to the frame, and from the Heavy Duty foam attaching to the side sheets and frame - the result is impressive !
Aluminum sides and roof are .030 thickness Wall studs are 1"x1" aluminum 6005-T5 square tube, 24" on center Wall and Ceiling studs are 24" on center Floor trusses are 1.5" x 3" aluminum tube and 24" on Center Floor is 5/8" Treated Plywood Runners are 2"x6" aluminum with 6" wide skis of 1/8" thick aluminium Insulation is Closed Cell Polyurethane Foam with Fire Retardant. It has approximately R-8 Per Inch & can be painted. 1.5" - 2.5" thickness. Inside clear height is 80" on the side and 83" in the center Arched roof creates an incredible amount of strength to beat any snow load !
It is very easy to fasten hangers, baskets, rattle reels , and other equipment to the walls with construction screws into the tube frame.
Heavier items such as bunks can be attached with bolts through the frame from the outside through to the inside. Floor mounted supports are recommended for heavy loads.
