When you place your order by 3 pm Central Time weekdays, you can expect delivery confirmation no later than 1 business day. We will find every way possible to schedule your delivery within the requested date/time.
Here’s How Online Ordering Works:
1. Select Bulk Material
Choose a variety from our inventory; quantity (cubic yards), preferred delivery date, time and placement. Only one bulk product per checkout is allowed.
2. Safely Checkout
Carefully review your order details, billing/shipping addresses, and complete your payment through our safe and secure system.
3. Order Confirmation
You’ll receive an email with your order details. Meanwhile, we’ll review your order, preferred delivery date/time/placement.
4. Delivery Confirmation
We’ll follow-up with an email confirming your exact delivery date/time/placement. If you have any questions or concerns call us at: 763-862-0400.
Prices and availability of the products and services listed on the site are subject to change without notice. The listing, description of, or reference to, a product or service on the Site does not imply that the product or service is presently available. In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, error in pricing information received from a supplier, or any other reason, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for such product or service at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Shipping Rules and Restrictions
Please read thoroughly and be aware of the following Rules and Restrictions related to our Delivery Service. If you have any questions or concerns at all, please call or email us for additional information and review. We strive to make every delivery perfect and every customer satisfied with our service – as such we appreciate additional communication with you to make sure we meet your needs.
We ship to street addresses within our shipping zones exclusive to the greater Twin Cities area of the State of MN. We're sorry, but we do not ship to PO Boxes, or addresses outside our predetermined zones. If you are unable to process your order online due to being outside our zones, please call us at: 763-862-0400
We will process orders to ship Monday - Friday, excluding United States federal holidays.
Beberglandscape.com is able to ship to one shipping address per order. If you'd like to ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each unique address.
Delivery and Dumping Instructions are requested by Bebergs Landscape Supply as a general guide to assist our Drivers and Agents in completing your order. We do not guarantee that we can or will meet the Dumping Instructions you have provided. Customer is responsible for providing delivery instructions and a safely accessible dumping location at the Delivery Address. In the event the delivery instructions are inaccurate, incomplete, or not achievable for any reason, the Customer authorizes Bebergs Landscape Supply Driver or Agent to use his or her best judgement in selecting a dumping location at the same Delivery Address. Bebergs Landscape Supply strives to place materials in the most convenient position for each Customer’s project, however we do not accept responsibility for any costs associated with final positioning or changes to dumping location at the Customer’s Delivery Address.
Bebergs Landscape Supply, and its delivery agents, will make deliveries inside the curb line and/or on the Customer’s property at the customer’s risk only. We accept no responsibility whatsoever for damage resulting from such deliveries. In placing an order, Customer is aware of and accepts that damage may result from the delivery to private or public property at the delivery site, and that customer is responsible for such damage. Damages may include, but are not limited to, cracks created in driveways or sidewalks that are traveled over; disturbance or ruts created in dirt, turf, landscape or other beds traveled over; damage to overhead trees that are near or over a dumping location; and to the surroundings from material in motion as it is dumped out of a delivery vehicle. Customer expressly allows Bebergs Landscape Supply access and use of Customer’s property, including the use of additional equipment and large vehicles upon that Property, for the purposes of retrieving a delivery vehicle in the event a delivery vehicle becomes unable to drive itself off the property for any reason, with the same acceptance of Customer’s liability for any property damages that occur as a result of this activity.
Bebergs Landscape supply reserves the right to cancel shipment at any time, including at the Delivery Site, if we determine there is no opportunity to complete the Delivery safely and/or accurately. Amongst other reasons, this may occur if the site is judged not accessible because of site conditions, conditions surrounding the site that restrict access, or the Customer informs our Driver or Agent that they are not able to receive the material at the time of arrival. If such a cancelation is made, we will refund to the customer the amount for the products purchased. Delivery Fees associated with the order will not be refunded if the Delivery Vehicle has traveled with the product to the specified Delivery Address before activating this cancellation. If the Customer wishes to re-order the material, a new order will need be created by the Customer for a new delivery time and with the standard Delivery Fees included.
Order and Shipping Confirmation E-mails
When your order is received, we'll send you an e-mail confirming your order. Then, we’ll contact you with a confirmed delivery date/time.
You are responsible for any payments due for any products or services ordered through your account. If we do not receive payment from your credit issuer or its agents, you agree to pay all amounts due to us. You shall also be responsible for any costs of collection of overdue payment.
We are required by law to charge applicable sales tax on products shipped within the State of Minnesota.
Backorders (out of stock)
Backordered merchandise includes items that are not currently in stock. In most cases, these items are on order from our manufacturing facilities or suppliers. In some cases, we are researching or waiting for stock information from one or more of our suppliers. Bebergs Landscape Supply will make every effort to get the item(s) back in stock as soon as possible. If we haven't been able to locate and ship the item(s) to you in 7 business days, an order status email will be sent to you. If for any reason we determine that a backordered item is no longer available, we will cancel the item from your order and notify you via email. We will not charge your credit card until the item ships. Therefore, your credit card needs no adjustment upon order cancellation.
At Bebergs, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We believe strongly in our products and their quality. We are pleased to supply additional information about any of our products that you are considering in order to make sure you purchase exactly the product and quantity that you want. DUE TO THE NATURE OF BULK GOOD PRODUCTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ROCK, GRAVEL, SAND, WOOD MULCH, AND BOULDERS, WE DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS OR REFUNDS IN ANY PORTION FOR ANY REASON OF ANY BULK GOOD PRODUCTS. ALL BULK GOODS ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN DELIVERED ACCORDING TO YOUR ORDER.
ORDERS MAY BE REJECTED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY, IF THE CUSTOMER IS PRESENT AT TIME OF DELIVERY AND THE CUSTOMER DETERMINES UNDER INSPECTION THAT THE PRODUCT IS NOT FIT FOR HIS OR HER APPLICATION. ANY DELIVERY FEES ASSOCIATED WITH THE ORDER WILL NOT BE REFUNDED - ONLY THE PRODUCT THAT IS NOT TAKEN BY THE CUSTOMER WILL BE REFUNDED. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE TO PROVIDE INSPECTION BY THE CUSTOMER PRIOR TO DELIVERING AND DUMPING BULK GOODS IN COMPLETION OF THE ORDER AT THE CUSTOMER’S DELIVERY SITE. THE ONLY GUARANTEED PRE-INSPECTION OPPORTUNITY WE PROVIDE IS FOR THE CUSTOMER TO VISIT OUR STORE PRIOR TO SHIPPING AND INSPECT THE MATERIALS AT OUR STORE.

SPECIAL ORDER, NON-STOCK, AND ELECTRICAL PRODUCTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE.
Some hard goods materials, including lawn edging, landscape fabric, and landscape poly are returnable and refundable. For products that are returnable, the product must be returned to our store clean and in the original factory package and condition, within 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the item, including any shipping costs. Qualifying returns from on-line purchases will be accepted in person at our store during our normal business hours; or will be received via return shipment only with an RMA from beberglandscape.com. To receive an RMA, contact us by phone at 763-862-0400 or through our website email.
You can exchange a qualifiedreturned item for another of equal value at Bebergs Landscape Supply or by sending it back in the mail. If you'd like to exchange the item for one that costs more, we'll charge your credit card for the difference.
